Who we are

Quantdesk Private Limited (“Quantdesk”, “we”, “us”) is a software studio based in India. This Privacy Policy applies to quantdesk.in and to all Quantdesk applications and services, including Kandle, Prep10, and future products (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. If a product offers sign-in, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, and any content you choose to sync or store with your account.
• Analytics and usage data. Some apps use Firebase Analytics to measure app use and improve products. In Sunlit Water Sort Puzzle, basic Firebase Analytics is enabled by default and works independently of ad-consent choices managed by Google’s UMP. It records app opens and gameplay events such as modes opened, level starts and completions, move counts, and hint use. Firebase Analytics also collects an app-instance identifier, app and device information, app lifecycle events, and coarse location derived from a masked IP address. Where Google Play purchase measurement is linked, Firebase Analytics may automatically record in-app purchase events containing product ID, product name, and price. We do not send purchase tokens, payment card details, names, or email addresses to Firebase Analytics.
• Advertising and diagnostic data. Some apps show ads through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect IP addresses to estimate general location, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device identifiers such as Android Advertising ID and App Set ID. Google may use these data for ad delivery and measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. UMP choices govern ad consent and ad personalization; in Sunlit Water Sort Puzzle they do not disable Firebase Analytics.
• Support correspondence. If you contact us, we keep the correspondence and the email address you used.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• To measure app usage.
• To diagnose issues and prevent fraud.
• To show and measure advertising in ad-supported apps.
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party services

The Services use the following third-party providers, which process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google — Firebase (analytics and app configuration), Google Analytics, and Google AdMob (advertising). See also how Google uses data in AdMob.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request. Analytics and diagnostic data is retained per the providers’ retention settings.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and other applicable laws, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights or request deletion, email [email protected] with the product name and your request. Do not send passwords, Google Play purchase tokens, or payment details. We will review the request and delete or correct information we can associate with it, where applicable. Analytics and ad records held under pseudonymous provider identifiers may not be linkable to your email and are retained or deleted under provider retention settings. We respond within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.

You can also reset or delete your device’s advertising identifier, and opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings.

Children

The Services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and, where appropriate, notified in the relevant product.
